Intertainment 
We were commissioned by Intertainment to conceptualize an online/offline marketing program to educate consumers and promote what the Intertainment concept is all about.  After going through a Strategic Audit with client which included a focus group and brainstorm, based on the amount of information we needed to convey, it was our professional opinion that the artwork and logo should be as clean and uncluttered as possible.
 
We then developed a highly interactive and effective brochure which outlined all elements the client wanted to get across to the target market. We identified key elements which we believed would ensure the success of the program.  One of these was Celebrity Endorsement.  We identified a range of national celebrities we believed would do the Intertainment campaign justice. We also developed and negotiated the relationship, ensuring maximum value and opportunity for all parties.
    
 
 

   
 
 
 
 
Intertainment Direct Mail-Out Piece and Outbound Call Center Campaign
Polaris Blue created a direct mail-out piece, along with a full outbound call center campaign, to introduce the Intertainment concept to the market, and to 'seed' the market with base knowledge of the concept, as well as to identify appropriate sales targets, and to generate their interest in the concept.
 
This was then followed up with a comprehensive informational brochure, which covered all of the sign-up benefits and requirements for the business concept.
 
This sales process and member acquisition methodology created a number of 'touchpoints' for prospective customers, while at the same time minimizing the client acquisition costs for the client. i.e. the client only sent a full sign-up brochure once the prospect had been qualified. 
  
 
 
 

   
 
 
 

Theft Prevention
We developed a major brand campaign for Theft Prevention.   The client was looking to develop a highly professional approach to his security business as he was targeting corporates. 
 
After both a Strategic Client Audit and large scale development program, we developed a highly professional and credible look-and-feel for the brand which client was extremely pleased with. 
 
These are just some of the aspects and components included in the brand building program:

Theft Prevention Direct Mail Out Brochures
 
We  created a series of direct mail brochures which were mailed to specific target segments in a cross-referenced framework, according to their industry type and location.
 
For this, we designed and created a number of different marketing brochures which specifically targeted businesses with directed content, imagery and statistical information. We also used the 'Myers Briggs' approach to personality type segmentation by color.
 
We created a separate brochure for the following industries that were at the greatest risk for in-store shrinkage:
  •  Retail owners
  • Liquor store owners
  • Pharmacy owners
In addition to this, we created a separate brochure for ongoing Security Monitoring services for commercial properties. This was also sent out as a direct mail campaign.
 
Each brochure had a response form on the back with a promotional offer. This allowed the client to capture information about each interested person/business that responded.
    
 
 


   
 
 
 

 
 
 
Theft Prevention Adverts & Advertorials
(Magazine, Radio and TV Ad Animation)
 
We  created an advertising campaign to communicate the strategic requirement  that most business owners do not realize that the greatest threat to their business in terms of theft comes from internal sources (i.e. their staff).
 
The goal of the campaign was to communicate this fact in a simple, easy-to-understand campaign that was memorable and humorous,  and that could translate easily across various media.

 Institute of Golf Dynamics
 
After going through a Strategic Audit with the client, we created and implemented a strategic brand repositioning for the clients business, transforming his organization from a 'one-man' business to a full scale golfing institute, education and training center. We renamed the business 'The Institute of  Golfing Dynamics', which was in line with the clients unique approach to golf training and instruction.
 
As a result of the repositioning campaign, the client gained increasing recognition in the marketplace and within 6 months of launching his new brand, the client got voted as the Australian PGA's 'Golf Coach Of The Year' for the State of Victoria. 
 
We produced the following components for the campaign, amongst others:
