Polaris Blue created a fully integrated strategic repositioning and rebranding program for the Business Biotics Group, in order to provide them with the brand credibility and professionalism to target and secure high-end pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The program successfully allowed them to significantly increase the size and caliber of client that they were able to acquire.

The program included the following brand components:

- Strategic planning and assessment program
- Brand/Logo Development & Company renaming
- Corporate Stationery (incl. business cards, letterheads, etc).
- Corporate Brochure (see below)
- Corporate Website (please click to open site)
- Print & production management

Business Biotics Group Brochure (External Pages)
Polaris Blue created this corporate brochure for Business Biotics Group that accurately depicted their brand and communicated their value, while ensuring that the cost of production was minimized while still retaining a great sense of quality and professionalism

Business Biotics Group Brochure (Internal Pages)
As the above, these are the internal pages of this double-sided corporate brochure. This brochure was produced and printed as a 4-page full color brochure, delivered folded and scored, with a high gloss finish. The output was extremely high-end and premium but achieved at a significantly low cost.

Capilano Honey

Capilano is the premium honey product in Australia.  Our brief was to develop a set of illustrations to identify a new  range of flower flavoured honey as an extention to the existing product range.  The positioning of the new range was as a premium product.   Client wanted to keep within the existing brand identity to still retain the high level of product identification which Capilano has with its consumers, but in an enhanced framework.  We created realistic illustrations of the various flower images which related to the flavor yet still retaining the strong brand image which Capilano has built up.

Capilano Honey
This is another example of a realistic illustration that we created of a different flower and flavour within the range.  The illustrations were to have a common theme in terms of their feel and overall layout, but with clearly differentiated flower-types and colors.

Eat Raw
We were commissioned by the client to  promote a new logo and brand identification campaign for a new convenience health food chain.

The brief was to implement a range of branded elements which could be easily and efficiently rolled out on a franchise basis.  From our experience, we know that with this type of large scale usage,  it is extremely important to develop artwork which is not only easily recognizable but also easily used in a multitude of applications without brand/logo compromise.  It was also important to use limited colors to ensure cost efficiency in any print advertising.  We developed a range of branded components, which included the development of a loyalty program and card, brochures and more.

Skechers
This promotion was run as a high level exposure campaign aimed at the Skechers target market, using visual collateral in all Skechers retail stores. We partnered with a radio station and used this medium to channel our market into the stores which then provided the most access to the product and the brand.

This promotion was run across thousands of retail locations. From this, Skechers received thousands of entries, the information of which was used to build an online newsletter database.

Native Growth Holdings
Polaris Blue created a fully integrated strategic repositioning and re-branding program for Native Growth Holdings, as well as all of its sub-divisions, in order to build their brand position and credibility in order to allow them to create partnerships with high-end corporate partners and to take a more prominent position in the environmental and Australian native plants industry.

The program successfully positioned Native Growth Holdings as one of the most professional and credible brands in their  industry, and provided them with a range of new profit centers and revenue streams.

The corporate structure of the company's branding was repositioned  in order to present the business with a number of sub-brands sitting under an umbrella 'masterbrand'. Each sub-brand had an area of speciality that connected with the overall corporate holding company's brand position.

As a result of this program, Native Growth Holdings were able to establish a promotional presence in a range of shopping malls and  in other locations around Australia.

The program included the following brand components:

- Strategic planning and assessment program
- Brand/Logo Development & Company renaming
- Corporate Stationery (incl. business cards, letterheads, etc).
- Corporate Brochure (see below)
- Design, production & publication of a major Australian Plant book.
- Corporate Signage
- Direct mail / marketing campaign
- Seasonal newsletters
- Book list production
- Sales acquisition and retention planning and initiatives
- Corporate Website (please click to open site)
- Print & production management
- Full project management

Native Growth Holdings (Direct marketing / cross-promotion / Gift Vouchers)
This was a direct marketing / cross-promotional piece that was used to communicate the principles of the Native Growth Holdings brand., while providing an offer to the market to be able to purchase the Native Growth Holdings book (also designed, produced and published by a Polaris Blue company) .

This therefore promoted both the Native Growth brand and product, while offering better value to customers. This offer was a cross-promotion done through a range of retail brands throughout a number of shopping malls throughout Australia.

The direct marketing campaign was also extended by the provision of branded gift vouchers in the form of multiple gift voucher currencies, that were offered for purchase of various native plants.and/or other products sold by the company.

Native Growth Holdings (Native Plant Guide)
As part of a large and aggressive above and below the line campaign, we developed the concept of creating a McCain Recipe Book to use as a tool in our promotional program.  We sourced the writer, publisher and coordinated the entire project culminating in a Book Launch and Signing and large scale competition.

We were now able to expose the McCain brand in major bookshops and booksellers around the country ensuring that our target market was exposed to the brand not only in their primary area being supermarkets, but also a now newly opened untapped area of awareness

Native Growth Holdings (Newsletter)
We produced a seasonal Newsletter for Native Growth Holdings that was differentiated visually by the season in which it was released. i.e. each season a newsletter was distributed and its content and imagery were specific to that season as well as its overall design and look.

These  newsletters were distributed both digitally and printed and sent to regular buyers.
